PLEASE ALLOW 14 DAYS for your order to be processed and shipped. Although most orders are shipped within 3-5 days of being received, there are occasional computer slowdowns in credit card processing, or shortages of product from the manufacturer, that add days to the speedy handling of your order. Please do not call or write us until at least 14 days has gone by. We do try to confirm the receipt of most orders by phone or email within 48 hours.

Attention to Foreign Customers: Tierra Mega-Nutrients has had some complications with overseas deliveries reaching their destinations. Most packages do get delivered fine, but some do not. If products are mail standard AirMail, and are seized by foreign customs or lost in the mail, it is not possible for us to recover those items and, therefore, customers will incur the loss. Most of the time if a product is not allowed into a country, it is sent back to us within 3-4 weeks, in which case we will alert the customer and reimburse all costs except shipping. However, we have had some packages lost, entirely. The best safeguard for everyone is to use a shipping method that can be tracked in the event of a loss. We have found international Express Mail to be the best. Express Mail costs $10 more than AirMail making shipping costs a total of $20 per package. In your best interest and safety, we recommend you use Express Mail to insure you receive the products you ordered and paid for. Please indicate your preferred shipping method clearly on your order form. Foreign orders that are returned to us by Customs will be credited back(refunded) for the full cost of the product, but not for the shipping costs.We thank you for your business. TMI
